Not the worst thing I’ve ever made but definitely in the bottom 3.
Brew Stage: Completed
Tea:
- 3g Blackwood tea
- 22g Lychee tea
- 2.5L boiling water
- 2 tbsp raisins (cut)
*forgot to strain the tea until after it was fully cooled (oops)
Must:
- 1L apple juice
- 1tsp bakers yeast
- 1.5lbs sugar (680g)
- tea, strained (filled to bottom of 2.8L glass bottle handle)
not finished: still very sweet, can totally tell it was overstepped
didn't taste good --> almost sour, very bitter
House taste test: suggested orange peel but might add to bitterness

added whiskey stones to decrease headroom (ended up being a mistake since it just stirred up the lees)
Bottled March 10: 2 standard + 1.5 500ml bottles — going to age and hope for the best!
