Brew Stage: Primary
Must:
- 10g dried elderflower
- 1 black tea bag
- 600g sugar
- 2tbsp lime juice
- 1tbsp bakers yeast (for nutrient/energizer)
- ^^above added to 1.75L boiling water and left to steep for 20 minutes
- 1.77L (1 bottle) White Cranberry juice +another ~500ml-ish (to top of fermenter orange slice thing)
- 1/2 pkt E-1118 yeast
