Must:

• 10 Butterly Pea tea bags
• 3 cups sugar
• 1tsp yeast nutrient (or amount recommended on package)
• 1/2 pkg E-1118 yeast (or slurry from previous compatible batch—as little leftover wine as possible to avoid changing the PH)
