Kit got wet in flood so didn’t end up using any of the dry ingredients. Only used: juice pack, sweetener, Kieselsol, and Chitosan.

Must:
- Argentia Ridge Château Private Selection Gewurtztraminer Wine Kit (water damaged so only used sealed wet ingredients).
- Threw away dry ingredient packages.
- Subbed 71b yeast instead of the included E1118
- Added sweetener to initial fermentation to avoid having to add sulphites to secondary.
- May or may not use the Kieselsol and Chitosan (depending on how well it clears on its own)
Additions
- 1 bottle ~850ml Ribena Blackcurrant Concentrate (added after first racking but should have waited until cleared)
- Erythritol – ~2 cups
After adding 1/2 bottle of Ribena: needs more blackcurrant and more sugar—added remaining 1/2 bottle of blackcurrant concentrate
Added juice pack and sweetener to fermentor and topped up to 23L line with tap water. Added 71B yeast packet
Racked, added bottle of Ribena
Racked, added 2 cups powdered erythritol — Ready to bottle as soon as I have enough spare bottles and the time to do it
