Brew Stage: Primary
Must:
- 2*1.89L bottles Ocean Spray Cran·Mango Juice
- 482g sugar (microwaved with a bit of the cranberry juice at 30 second intervals until dissolved, stirring occasionally)
- 3rd gen 71B yeast slurry from previous batch (Cran·Raspberry Wine)
Going super slow—adding small amount of yeast energizer. Also, probably nothing but there was a small smudge on the inside of the glass which *may* be the beginning of mold. Wiped away and sanitized what I could reach. Will keep an eye on it and toss the batch if looking questionable.
Racked to 1Gal jug, added 1/2pkg E1118 + ~1/2tsp yeast energizer
