Brew Stage: Completed
Must:
- 2*1.89L bottles of Ocean Spray Cran·Cherry Juice
- approx. 440g sugar
- 1/2 pkg Lalvin 71B yeast
Note: Made a syrup with sugar and cranberry juice (1/2 cup juice for each 1 cup sugar) and added until target gravity was reached or the container was full
Additions:
- 1/2 tbsp yeast energizer after 6 weeks
- 1/2 cup slurry from another (complimentary) wine after ~8 weeks (optional)
- 1/2 cup erythritol before bottling
Flavour is quite good but not much body
Light, good summer drink. A bit carbonated-was in too much of a rush to bottle.

Fermentation quite slow: added 1/2 tsp yeast energizer
Added slurry from lemon wine (maybe an ounce or two)
racked, added 1/2 cup erythritol, degassed, and bottled.
