Brew Stage: Completed
Must:
- 1 tbsp bread yeast
- 3L water
- 6 tea bags
- 900g sugar
- more tea to desired amount/gravity
- 1tsp bread yeast (not added to hot liquid – using instead of wine yeast)
Boiled 1tbsp bread yeast in 3L water. Added 6 tea bags, turned off heat but left on burner for 5 minutes before removing from burner and leaving to cool (with tea bags still in).

Not completely finished: Alcohol bite, doesn't need much, if any, sweetener
